SOUTHEASTERN THEOLOGICAL REVIEW
Southeastern Theological Review (STR) is the faculty journal of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. Because our mission is βto equip the Church to serve the Lord Jesus Christ and fulfill the Great Commission,β we desire to publish high-quality material written not only by those living inside and outside of the United States, but also by those outside the Southern Baptist Convention. Our hope is to facilitate lively and informed conversations on a wide variety of topics of interest to Christians around the globe.
About
Southeastern Theological Review is produced biannually [Spring and Fall], and may be themed or unthemed. STR aims to serve the Church and help it think rigorously so that it may serve the Lord Christ faithfully.
Submissions to the journal are welcomed and should be directed to the editor, Benjamin Merkle (bmerkle@sebts.edu). Submissions to STR are evaluated by double-blind peer review. Articles submitted to STR should present original work in their field. Manuscripts should conform to the SBL Handbook of Style and should be between 5,000β10,000 words (including footnotes)..
